this was a very fun and cute game, thank you so much for making it!
the factory gamer in me worries that if you intend to expand the concept into a larger game, managing production/consumption rates will get difficult, but at this scale it's no problem at all, and an extremely fun overall package. probably one of the best short automation games I've played!
(also the aesthetic really reminded me of those Cube World toys that were popular when I was a kid in the 2000s, and I'm very curious if those were an inspiration for you. if so, hell yeah, nice deep cut lol)
Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it a lot! I got an initial idea when I was browsing analog devices on pinterest and saw a wall fully stacked with old TVs. But now, when you brought this up, I actually think that Cube World toys were in my subconscious without realizing it myself, haha. This is so cool, thank you!
Also, regarding the difficult management, we're thinking maybe it would be nice to have an upgrade that would allow you to jump between god mode with zoom out and character platformer mode
One small thing, after petting the horse I went to the left and fell in a void between the two monitors and couldn't get out. The game was over but I wanted to explore a bit more before closing.
Still, wholesome game, good job! Good luck with the Jam!
I'm so impressed by your game! It is absolutely gorgeous, the leaves all around, the lighting, the screens, everything is beautiful. And you had me hooked immediately, I had a great time and incorporating the horse in the end was a wonderful idea. Love it!
I can't tell what the last resource is, the one that looks like an envelope. I recognize water, wood, wheat, money, food, and magic, but what's the last one?
